As everything began to kind of almost, sort of, nearly get back to normal, there were big changes coming.

 

And the biggest of all was that you were becoming a teenager. Not just in number, but also in mood! It’s fair to say that if Clichés are real, you were a walking teenage cliche. Moody? A little touchy? Yes! These were the words that best described your 13th year.

 

But you also began to mature into a young woman of incredible potential. Your dancing went to the next level as you won competitions and brought home trophies.

 

You began to make new friends and JEKT became somewhat legendary in the St Albans area. It’s fair to say that you pretty much should have a plaque on the tree that you girls turned into your playground. Again in this year it’s your birthday that stands out in my mind when you took over Clare Ian’s house - with the use of their hot tub and who could forget the incredible bouncy disco tent thing in their garden.

 

This was also the year where you guys went to go and see Little Mix in a limousine. I wasn’t there for that and I don’t get invited to these sort of things not being quite cool enough to go to music concerts without frankly getting a little bit nervous.

 

But I know that that was and still is a massive highlight of your concert going experiences. We also bought some new house then we knocked it down and decided to build a new one on top of that. But more of that in the next chapter
